Fáilte Isteach – Welcome to the website of the Diocese of Raphoe. Here you will find much information about the teaching of Christ in the Gospel, about the Church, about your local Diocese and parish.  It is my hope that this new website for our diocese will help to inform you about our diocese and it's thirty three parishes.

This is a website with a difference. Its aim is to make the face and voice of Christ emerge from the Internet with its billions of images that are relayed on missions of computer monitors around the planet. As Pope John Paul II says: “if there is no room fro Christ, there is no room for man.” 

My prayer is that this website may help you to know more about Christ and your local parish – and get more involved. If you wish to do so, ask your local priest.
